I would like to pose a question to our readers. What is currently most important to you?
I am interested in seeing whether the answers are personal, regarding your own situation or aspirations, or whether it is something you believe in, or wish for, to raise the status of others.
Maybe you might say that the two are interrelated, you cannot pursue one without improving the other.
Please voice your opinion or ideas no matter what they maybe. Everyone has something of value to share... Let us hear from YOU..

Right now what is most important to me is definitely holistic. In improving and growing personally, the rest of my immediate culture benefits.
The major lessons that I have attracted in recent weeks are honesty and humility. Honesty is a little easier than humility to take and practice. However, it is truly a blessing when a person can love others enough to give them the benefit of the frank expression of their emotions, no matter how messy those emotions are.
In my recent experience, this led to a great humbling which became the catalyst for a glad peace.
To answer the question more directly, then, I would say that to me right now, intimacy in a basic sense, applied to all relationships across the board of my life is important. It certainly is difficult to elevate others or facilitate their growth if one is not aware of their own needs and the needs of others, be it loved ones, co-workers, friends, clients, etc.
Both honesty and humility are a natural extension of operating from a place of human love, a love that is the basis for my existence.
I am really impressed with the sentiments expressed here. They really define someone who is "other directed" rather than "inner directed". This is truly an individual who sincerely cares about the needs of others well above the needs of herself. When you think of it, isn't that premise the most important for us all?
